Established in 1978 by Bill Greeves and today headed by Noel Kelly BSc QUB (Hons) RIBA and Des Cairns MCIAT MCIOB MaPS.

We are a progressive and dynamic design led architectural practice. Throughout the feasibility, design, procurement and follow up stages we provide the client with a personal service and bring our experience to every detail.

In 1996 Greeves Kelly Cairns became one of the first practices in Northern Ireland to attain the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standard. The practice is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Royal Society of Ulster Architects, the Chartered Institute of Building - Chartered Building Consultancy, the Chartered institute of Architectural Technologists and Constructionline.

Completed projects include hotels, leisure centres, private dwellings, housing developments, schools, shops, entertainment venues, factories, offices and various projects throughout Ireland and Europe.

Corporate member of The Ulster Architectural Heritage Society and listed in the UAHS Directory of Traditional Building Skills (UAHS ref. no. 563).
